iii. All problems or disputes must be settled between Customers and Members (Contractors, Contractors, Handyman and all other specialized workers);

iv. Mhzpower.ca and its subsidiaries and parent companies will not be held responsible for the accuracy of the information presented on the profiles of members (entrepreneurs, contractors, handyman and all other workers in the industry).

2. Use of the license

Mhzpower.ca App., The websites and platforms are all secure and use SSL certification. Our customers’ payments for subscriptions are processed through third party PayPal and Stripe who both subscribe to the most stringent and latest security protocols.

The Mhzpower.ca application, websites and platforms will never publicly disclose personal or sensitive user data related to financial or payment activities or government identification numbers.
